KANCHKOLAR KOFTA

KANCHKOLAR KOFTA

These days the only thing a mom complains about her child is food habits. Children are allergic to vegetables. My teacher mom always finds out different methods to help her students fall in love with veggies. Kanchkolar Kofta is another lip-smacking veg recipe which your kids will love eating.

Nutrition facts of Kanchkolka or raw banana consumption:

  • High fiber which helps in digestion
  • High potassium which helps in muscle movement, purification of blood
  • Rich vitamins which help us to maintain a healthy body
  • Controls blood sugar and cholesterol levels
  • Prevents diarrhea

Kanchkolar kofta can be served in two different ways. Will come with both the servings.
