CHOCO JHURJHURA
CHOCO JHURJURA
Sweet is a craving that is never satisfied. And if it's a fusion of 'Sandesh' and 'Chocolate', no one can just have one. Children love chocolate and sweets. But do you think that they get the complete nutrition through sweets that are sold in shops?
In daily news, you can see what we feed our family is poisonous. Our children get affected by such harmful chemicals which are used to make 'Chena', milk etc. I always prefer home-made healthy recipes. In my former recipes, you have seen that I always keep the nutrition fact in mind.
So, let's check out the nutrition fact:
Khoya:
- Good source of Vitamin A
- Rich in carbohydrates and magnesium
- Absorbs calcium which is good for teeth.
- Prevents cancer
Home-made Chena:
- Rich in calcium which is good for bones
- Contains Vitamin A & C
- Good for heart
- Rich in protein
- Rich in folate which is good for the fetal development of expecting mothers
