CHICKEN CHEESE BALLS
My mom is a teacher. She loves kids. They come to our house with different requests. One of the kids asked me to cook yummy chicken balls for him. So, I prepared this easy Chicken Cheese Balls for them. They were so happy that they wanted more and more. You can try this recipe for your kids.

BEATEN EGGS
INGREDIENTS: (10-12 balls)
- Chicken Keema: 250g
- Beaten Eggs: 2
- Chopped onion: 3
- Chopped ginger: as per taste
- Chopped garlic: 5-6 cloves
- Chopped chilly: 4-5
- Cornflakes crumbs
- Cheese cubes for stuffing each balls
- Oil for deep frying
- Salt for taste
- Oregano as sprinklers
DIRECTIONS:
- Mix the chicken keema with chopped onion, garlic, ginger and chilly.
- Add salt to taste.
- Use damp hand to shape the keema into lemon size balls.
- Put a cube of cheese in each balls.
- Beat the eggs with salt and oregano.
- Take the balls one at a time, dip into the beaten egg mixture, coat with the cornflakes crumbs and drop it in the frying pan.
- Fry till golden brown.
- Serve hot and feel the molten cheese in it.
Try with other smashed potato or paneer.
